Micro Plumbing does great work, are really reasonably priced, and will give you a free quote. I would not call Burton plumbing. They are ridiculously priced and will try to upsale you every chance they get.

I've hired this plumbing company three times, but this last experience nails them for me as a good company. Roofers tried to tell me a ceiling leak was caused by a "hole" in a plumbing pipe. The "hole" seemed too small & located such that that couldn't possibly be the cause. When I emailed Micro, they replied they'd be happy to help, but they hated to see me waste my money as they suspected it was not a plumbing leak. But needing to convince the warranty company, I requested an appointment. The two men arrived on-time, were well equipped & did a much more thorough testing job than the roofers had done. They not only confirmed it was not a plumbing leak, but offered some convincing proof of where the leak actually is. They were patient & not at all condescending with questions. This company has been a five star experience each time they've been here.

Micro Plumbing has assisted me on two remodeling projects in addition to regular plumbing issues that come up. Their guys are always very respectful of me, my time and my home. They show up in the timeframe agreed upon and do very high-quality work. Highly recommend them.

Micro Plumbing plumbers have been great! I have had them out to my house on 3 different occasions (for different things, not the same issue 3 times). They are efficient and respectful. They get the job done and explain to me what they did. They patiently answer my questions and double check their work before leaving.

My sister and I live in Council Bluffs, we had a sewer backup and I called Micro Plumbing as I had used them for a small job a couple of years ago. They quickly found that we had a broken sewer line. Unfortunately it was under the front deck, which is probably less than 4 feet off the ground. My sister and I were given prices for tearing out the deck and not having to tear out the deck. The utility guy (sorry my sister never got his name) came the next day and he cut his shovel in half, crawled under that deck and dug the line out by hand and replaced the piece that had broken, leaving the deck intact. The work was excellent and when I got home from work you couldn't tell there was any work done in my front yard. NO MESS!!! I can't stress enough how happy I am with the work, the price and the honesty of this company. They are definitely a pleasure to do business with.

We have used Micro Plumbing several times for various needs. The office is very professional and efficient in scheduling appointments as soon as possible. We have had a few different plumbers for services--each one has been professional and knowledgeable in fixing problems. We have been very satisfied every time.
