"The service that my wife and I received was just simply outstanding. WOW, we were taken aback by the responsiveness, quality of work and speed of reacting to our situation. I called late Saturday afternoon, talked to a real person, scheduled a phone call for Monday a.m., received the call from Mike, scheduled the appointment for 8:00 a.m. and Duane showed up at the door exactly on time. Given my job with 100% travel and the fact that my wife works too, we couldn't have received better service. Thanks to Duane and Mike our new hot water heaters were installed by noon Monday.
