April 1st, 1996—that’s the day our journey began. We had a dream to build something meaningful: a company where we wanted to go to work each day, and a place where others felt the same.

Fast forward to 2026, and we’re celebrating 30 years in business. What a ride it has been! There have been highs and lows, plenty of learning moments, and more memories than we can count. But through it all, we’ve grown, together with our amazing customers, employees, and community.

Where Did the Name “Micro Plumbing” Come From?

We still get asked this all the time—and we love sharing the story! The name Micro Plumbing comes from combining our names: Mike and Rhoda = Micro! Simple, right?

The “big and small” you see in our logo? That came from the wide variety of work we do—everything from multi-million-dollar commercial jobs to fixing a leaky faucet in someone’s home. That’s why our motto has always been:

BIG OR SMALL, WE DO IT ALL!

After almost 30 years, we can honestly say: we have the best team we’ve ever had. Our employees are knowledgeable, versatile, and truly professional in every sense.
